MISSION STATEMENT

The Public Works mission is to provide essential services that enhance the quality of life for residents, businesses and visitors. Public Works offers support and assistance to Town departments and community organizations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Major areas of responsibility include: stormwater and pavement management, improvements to Town infrastructure, snow and ice operations, operation and maintenance of the Transfer Station, maintenance of Town buildings and grounds, maintenance of parks, maintenance of Town and Board of Education athletic fields, and assisting with special town projects.
